It is the customer's responsibility to review our return conditions prior to making a purchase. We are not liable for any return delays or losses resulting from customer errors, postal issues, or incorrect packaging of returned items.
All return shipping costs, unless otherwise stated, are the responsibility of the customer. Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until received and inspected by us.
Refund Policy - the basics

UK Buyers: 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

International Buyers: 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund:

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.

Products must be returned in their original packaging.

Returns that do not meet these criteria may be rejected or subject to a partial refund.
Exclusions

Personalised items or custom-made goods

Audio devices or sealed items that have been opened

Items damaged after delivery, unless reported within 48 hours
Return Postage

Return postage is not covered by Deenify and must be paid by the customer.

We recommend using a tracked and insured service for all returns.

For international returns, the customer is also responsible for any customs or re-import charges.
Refunds

Once the item is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 5 working days of receipt.
