All delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. While we do our best to dispatch promptly, we cannot be held liable for courier delays, international customs processes, or unforeseen disruptions (e.g. postal strikes, extreme weather).
International buyers are solely responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by their local authorities. Refusal to pay such fees may result in the item being returned or destroyed by the local courier — no refunds will be issued in such cases.
Shipping Policy - the basics
UK Orders:

All standard UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 48 (2–3 working days delivery).

Customers can choose to upgrade at checkout to Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Delivery (excludes weekends).

Tracking is provided once dispatched.
International Orders:

We ship internationally using Royal Mail International Standard or Economy services to keep costs reasonable.

Delivery times vary by country (typically 7–21 working days, excluding customs delays).

Customers can contact us before placing an order to request expedited international shipping at an additional cost.
Handling Time:

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days from payment confirmation.

Custom orders can take up to 5 working days to process from pay payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
